SedCatch® Products Warranty

SedCatch warrants its products for a period of 1 year to be free from defects in materials
or workmanship under normal use of service. This warranty does not cover products that
have been subjected to abuse, misuse, or neglect.

SedCatch’s obligation is to replace, free of charge, any part of any product that its
inspection shows to be defective. All returns must be accompanied with a complete written explanation of claimed defects and the circumstances of operational failure. Return to SedCatch or any of its dealers for replacement.

SedCatch shall not be liable for loss of time, labor, material, loss of profits, consequential damages, fines, direct or indirect, because of defective products whether due to rights arising under the contract of sale or independently thereof, and whether or not such claim is based on contract, tort, or warranty.

This express warranty is the sole warranty of SedCatch. There are no warranties which extend beyond the warranty herein expressly set forth. The sale of products of SedCatch under any other warranty or guarantee express of implied is not authorized.
